Google Docs : Export All With Batch Export

If you have a lot of documents in google docs and have to export all to a new format, obviously it is a tougher task exporting them individually one by one. But Google Docs added a batch export utility which enables you to export all documents at a time to a .zip file which is downloadable. But you can export files upto 2GB only. Though 2GB is larger enough for most of the users if any one have more than 2GB the download will be split into chunks.

Google Docs allows all kinds of formats supported including MS Office formats and OpenOffice formats to be exported by export utility. This ‘Export all’ utility resides in the export dialog box of google docs itself. To export you need to select all the files you want to export from the files list of google docs and from more actions in the menu you need to select ‘Export’ which brings the Export Dialog Box in which you need to check ‘Export all’ option. This is great is’nt it which saves a lot of time for you.
